I have previously worked for two of Chester's leading bakers and confectioners where,I have gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience in this area.
I have recently started my own cake decorating business working from home of which has been passed by food standards and is perfectly adequate for a blossoming cake decorating business.
I have worked with chocolate and sugar dough (paste) for over 12 years yet My specialty is decorating in the TRAITIONAL way with royal icing which unfortunately so many new cake decorators don't get the opportunity to learn.
